Layout suggestion/Question

I quees this is both a question and suggestion all in one but when I search mods I see those very cool mod "windows" for lack of a better word and I love them

 

but is there any way to make it so the first 2 arent on one line and then the next few curve off under the other modules example below

I am running at 1280X1024 with my start bar oriented vertically

There is a known issue with IE which is causing this. Are you using IE?

Yeah I am I checked it At home on Firefox and its good at work we only get IE :(

 

Is it fixable for IE by changing a setting or is it something M$ would need to patch?
