Skingrad "WTF! I'm Missing a Mesh!"

whenever i go in skingrad, these yellow things are everywhere replacing a missing mesh. obviously im missing skingrad meshes T-T!

 

i HAVE uninstalled and reinstalled oblivion many times, no luck

I HAVE ran BOSS, deactivated ALL my mods. still no luck -_-

 

i have no idea what the problem is... here's my load order:

screen shot? Or, get FormID finder, and OBSE, and find out what your missing meshes are supposed to be.

do u want a screenshot(s) of EVERY missing mesh sign? or just one to show u wht i'm getting? i have no experience with formID finder, but do i have to walk over to EVERYmesh thingy and find their ID then type them out?? -_- or can i just find them all in 1 go? :D

Then why is your load list a complete mess? For instance, you have an .esm way down the bottom of your list. BOSS would never place it there.

BOSS didn't recognize the bottom few, i have no idea how the hell to organize them. these are the unrecognized ones:

You need to update your master list then... cuteelf has been around for a while.....

That's just bizarre. Those should all be in oblivion's various BSA files...... I don't see any mods that alter architecture at all...... if you are running vista, or win7, try uninstalling the game, and then reinstalling to someplace like C:\Games\Oblivion. See if that helps.
