I'm still working on the safe part of the city, which I made its own worldspace. Right now I have quit a bit of interiors with the large building mostly navmeshed). Making this has taken a lot of time, and I can't see myself finishing it alone. BackgroundHazycreek City was a pre-war submarine base. Built upon the Colorado Delta, the city built when the delta was declared an ecological disaster. The disaster was caused by the river picking up toxic wastes from floods. The submarine base was to serve as a port for many of the Trident Submarines. Much of the city was spared from the Great War, as the United States government installed numerous counter measures in the city to protect the submarines from harm. After civilization burned around the city, civil order crumbled. There was not enough resources to support the city's inhabitants, so many left and died in the wastelands. Others would come into the city, but only to loot and pillage. The pollution in the river subsided over time, once civilization collapsed. The Trident submarines returned to the base after delivering their payloads in the Great War. With much of the city in chaos, they locked themselves in their base, until they were assimilated by the enclave. Later on vaults opened, but only a few were left with civil societies. In 2278, A hurricane layed waste to Baja California and southern California. In this hurricane, one of the bombs at the enclave base went off. Many of the patrols and other bases deserted. Some still roam the steets, still trying to systematically purify the city. Some became "gods" of the various raider factions. And lastly some liberated a slave camp, and created a small encampment on the river called Hazycreek Port. The freed slaves and ex enclave reclaimed a beer brewery and restored it. The creation of beer gave the encampment commerce and lots of attention. The port has had 5 years to rebuild since the atomic hurricane, when the courier arrives. Help WantedI am looking to see if some people are interested in making some quests or such. There are some things that I will not even attempt because of how much work it would take. I am looking for talented modders would like to create something or even port one of their mods into the city. You could release it as a separate mod, or we could work out putting it in the master file. Right now, the things that I will not even attempt are (if you would like to make it)a. A mercenary company that you can hire a bodyguard and/or guards fromb. A casino I am also looking for stuff to fill the shops with. One idea is a clothing vendor. If you have custom armor or clothing, you could make a vendor. If you put everything into a resource, I could also make a vendor if I can get around to it. Anything else could work, as long as it fits the theme. I could also use a modeler to make a (preferably with LOD)a. Aircraft carrier like in FO3b. Trident Submarinec. Buildingsd. anything else cool (enemies, weapons, armor) If anyone would like to pick up development (as I am in college now and I don't have as much time to work on GECK), msg me. Anything that does not involve NVSE or NIF files. Also I dislike doing interiors but I can do it if pressed. Let me know if you are interested. Most of the tower interiors are navmeshed, and Casa Madrid has an old navmesh in it (from westside). None of the shops do not have clutter at the moment, but I can take care of that. The offices on the 3rd floor are pretty much complete if you want to add anything to those. The warehouse market also has a working navmesh (there's a bug with one of the catwalk stairs atm). The warehouse market will have mostly food vendors (with a boat rental/repair shop that sells junk). If you want, I could try to set up a few template NPCs that you could work with adding packages and dialog to. firerdr: Voice acting isn't one of my top priorities. Do you want each of them to be mindless drones with standard commands or do you want them to have dialogue? Mindless drone is way easier to make (like the soldier who comes when you call them through the NCR radio) but I'm okay with the other one too, though the other one needs voice acting (by multiple people).
