redneckdevil
ok i keep having a problem now either the site/my comp/internet/whatever is "lagging/skipping" to where when i try to dl something it greys out i get spinning wheel and then...nothing. have to refresh entire thing. i know we dont pay for this website, but WHY did yal change it so much? it wasnt broken, it was great the way it was before. Now i keep having lots of difficult problems like oen stated up there, i try to dl a mod and it say i need to be signed in and i alrdy am, hard to find the options to find author of mod, etc. I dont know a way to make it better other than returning to previous model. just giving feedback. Secondrow
IE 9 on Vista Sorry to say that the same thing is happening to me now as well on TES. After I changed compatibility mode everything worked fine and everything looked fine. When I tried to download just now the same symptoms as described above happened, hence I can’t download. Sometimes the screen just goes grey, sometimes with the wheel icon and also sometimes with the log on screen, even thought I am logged in. I have tried it on Dragon Age and Witcher with the same results. It is working fine on Chrome but not on IE. I notice that you have just changed your page format; can that have anything to do with things? Wishing you luck.
Dark0ne
Go to your preferences and change your download method to the other option. It will stop using the pop-out box.
Secondrow
Got it OK after some scratching and searching. For those of you who may have the same troubles as myself left click over your screen name. On the drop down menu select “Preferences”. Under “Global Preferences” select “File download method” near the bottom. There are two alternatives so chose the one you are not using, in my case “Separate page” and then press submit. Go to your game page and hopefully you will be able to download. It worked for me on IE9.
