Goliath978
OK, here's what happened: I installed the mod called Cyrodiil snow mod v1.4: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37445So little did I know nor was it mentioned anywhere that this would mean it REPLACES ALL OF MY TEXTURES. Now since the mod sucks I want to set the game back to what it was...only one problem: disabling the .esp doesn't do anything because it replaced the textures! No matter what I do this nuissance is effecting my game. Also, I have a LOAD of mods, so I don't know what uninstalling and reinstalling the game will do to them. Help? Iv000
Delete the "Texture" folder in the "Data" folder if that's your only texture mod.If not then you will have to delete each file from the snow mod. Next time read the description better, you can get in all kinds of trouble if you don't.
MarkInMKUK
Suggestion - turn the mod into an OMOD, install with OBMM, then uninstall and it'll clear up after itself
Goliath978
I ended up not doing any of the above but instead just extracting the default oblivion textures and sound, still a bit bugged up and a few mods are screwed but at least I got the game back. Thanks.
