Ghoulz
Would anyone who knows how to mind combining AT2 01-Shiki Armor Set's white texture addon with the original so both can be used? That would be great.
LFact
Would anyone who knows how to mind combining AT2 01-Shiki Armor Set's white texture addon with the original so both can be used? That would be great. What I did was:1. Extract addon textures somewhere, like \Data\Textures\(where AT2 armor textures go)\White.2. Copy armor meshes somewhere else, like \Data\Meshes\(where AT2 armor meshes go)\White.3. Use NifSkope to assign white textures to copied meshes.4. Edit plugin to add white armors. Ghoulz
Can't help? This is too confusing for me to understand.
LFact
Literally, you have to copy the meshes to somewhere else, apply recolored textures to those meshes manually. Then you have to edit original plugin to add new armors.
Ghoulz
I can't figure it out.
Keirgarth
By copying the meshes to a different location, what you are doing is making a new set of armor. Hopefully you change the name of the meshes so that they can be added along with the meshes of the other color. You then create the mod again with the textures from both, but make sure that one of the textures is pointing to the new mesh names instead of the original. Ghoulz
You make it sound so easy. I just can't figure it out.
Naktis
I can do this. Just put links to those mods and I'll do it.
LFact
If you can't figure it out, get any retextured equipment mods(not replacer!) and look into the plugin and meshes. Of course, you need Construction Set and NifSkope to find out. I can say it's not hard, but tedious especially there're many sets. I can say it's not hard, but tedious especially there're many sets. I don't understand how that would help, you still have to manually do this by hand anyway and they're not the same Nifs/dds's? I still would have to learn how to use the thing.
