Oblivion Mod Manager Problem

I believe that this is the source of most of your troubles; quote from your post earlier today,

 

Yes. There are 4 sub-folders another "Data" one, "music", "video" and "shaders"

also i can see some of the mods and the "oblivion.esm" is in there also.

When I click on "Data" there are two more folders, "meshes" and "Textures"

 

You should never have a data folder inside your data folder. This is a sure sign of a borked mod installation. Any mods (or parts of mods) installed here will never work. Take this second data folder and merge it with the main data folder, and see if that doesn't straighten things out.
