Tsyell
Hello there, I new on the mod-make so I had ran into I trouble: every time I load a game with my mod, all the char keep fall - be it on space or water, but it only happens on exterior cells. I quite noob on it (my fist real mod - before all I did was build a room on testinghall and stuff things from others mods there. If someone could give me a hint, I will be very happy :)
HeyYou
Learning it on your own can be fun. Sounds like you have a dirty edit in there somewhere. If you want some good help, I would recommend you check out the CS Basics classes over at TES Alliance.

HeyYou
Yes, TES4Edit can fix those for you. I think there is a tutorial for that somewhere around as well. On the CS Wiki site maybe??? Not sure.

MotoSxorpio
Could also be load order related, not everyone in the modding community keeps to the same heightmaps. You could give Land Magic a try, find it here on the nexus. It is a standalone app that makes a heightmap merged patch. Not a guarantee to work, but could resolve the issue. I did know. Hm... Do that work with any mod? Like, I been trying chance some aspect from HentaiLovellyHouse 'cause its doesn't work well with Lush & Gaund Landscape and I do love that one (I love the two of then^.^) Just thought about it: when you make a mod, it read only the original files that is keep on the .bsa? or it make use of the replacement textures/meshes pack (the ones without .esp) stored on the folders?
