lostpancake
So basically, i need the correct load order for these mods : Oblivion.esmHorseCombatMaster.esmOscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.espKnights.espDLCShiveringIsles.espUnofficial Oblivion Patch.espUnofficial Shivering Isles Patch.espSupremeMagicka.espSM_ShiveringIsles.espSM_Scrolls.espSM_SigilStone.espDeadly Reflex 6 - Timed Block and 250% damage.espMounted_Spellcasting_Deadly_Reflex_Compatible.espDeadlyReflex 6 - Combat Moves.espSM_OOO.espSM_DeadlyReflex.esp These should be fine. Since i have steam, i cant launch it directly from OBMM. (Because of Oblv script extender). But theres a problem, the load order wont show up in the data files on the oblivion launcher (the only way i can start the game), so the mods will not work. Im new with oblivion mods. But I have a lot of experience with fallout NV mods, you know what? I'm probably just derping really hard here :verymad: . bben46
BOSS is not a mod that you download and install in the game. It is a Utility program that runs outside of the game to help you set load order. When you run it it makes changes in the load order that are then passed into the game the next time you start the game. It will also make suggestions for some mods on whether to use that mod or possibly a newer variant. It will also warn if some mods are incompatible with certain others. It does not run automatically, You must run it every time you make a change that causes a problem. BOSS is neither perfect or infallible. It does not recognize every mod and it does not recognize many conflicts. It does place any unrecognized mods at the end of the list and tells you that you will need to set them yourself. However, even with its faults, BOSS is the best auto ordering program available. Try reading the documentation for more info on what it can do, and what it cannot. MotoSxorpio
OBMM "Oblivion Launcher" is not actually a launcher (like in FOMM)...you will need to use the obse_loader.exe (you can create a shortcut or edit your Oblivion shortcut to this target) to load obse. Using the method Fonger posted originally will get you started.
