Illiad86
Indeed :) One part you don't have to upgrade is the sound card at least. That's still a dang nice one

hoofhearted4
here download this, and you can tell us the exact type of your mobo and we can tell you what u can put on it, but it prolly wont be much. im guessing 4gb is the max RAM it can take. you might be able to get a new Processor, idk. other then that, running two GPUs in SLI seems like the only way to really upgrade ur PC with any real progress, and thats if your board can do that. hoofhearted4
well then it sounds like u need a new mobo, CPU, RAM, PSU and a Case, unless your case can fit a regular ATX, or unless you want a micro ATX mobo. if not there here is all five: Mobo:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131754 CPU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103913 PSU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152043 RAM:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104173 Case:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160 Price:$660...thats not including a second card, but you can easily go cheaper on any of these items. also, if you wait a bit, the new AMD Bulldozer Cpu will be coming out by the end of this year. depending on which one you get, itll cost the roughly the same
quicksilverva
this is the case i have now: XCLIO A380 and as for a second 465, that might be hard. lol. cant find one, except from amazon. EVGAs own website doesnt even have it listed. maybe its the red-headed step child card?? oy. gonna have to get a new PSU as well. lol. 550 is what i got now http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/pinch.gif
hoofhearted4
yea that case will deff hold what u need to put in it. as for the PSU, 550W is fine, unless you want to go SLI. it uses a lot of power. so if you stay single card then you dont need to rly get a new PSU until/unless you go SLI. and yea, i just looked around, i couldnt find the 465 anywhere either (cept amazon)
quicksilverva
i plan on going SLI in the future, so investing in a stronger PSU now would be the best way to go
