Of course ;) AFAIK, we have seen two 1h perks (one makes axe attacks cause bleeding, the second one increases 1h damage (20% per rank, 5 ranks possible) and Pete said one of them allowed decapitations. I heard that Apple and Orange potions won't be as strong as a, say, Nirnroot and (insert some rare ingredient here) potion. I'm glad at the perks they gave Alchemy.
