Spellmaking and enchantment limits?

Ok, I know how to edit the soul gem capacity in CS but what about the spellmaking and enchantment level? There is no option for them there so I figured I have to edit some other file. I checked a mod called Spellmaking Limits x10 which changes the enchantmentsetting_menu.xml in the /data/menus/dialog folder.

Now, as the cheater/exploiter I am, I'd like to have these values raised even further, beyond 1000. How do I go about doing this? I do not enjoy playing fair at all since I am far too used with cheating and I think this makes Oblivion far more fun than by playing fair.

EDIT: Oh, crap. I realize I made a spelling error in the title. It's of course supposed to say "spellmaking"

Fixed it for you. :tongue: Bben46

In the comments of Spellmaking Limits x10:

DarNified UI Users:

Although this may be a fine mod, do not use it with DarNified UI. It works but it ain't pretty. This functionality (any limits you desire) can be gained by editing the file 'enchantmentsetting_config.xml' in your DarN install. The section to be edited is at the bottom and labeled as such.

I stil don't know what to edit. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you use either DarNified UI or possibly DarkUId DarN (I don't use DarK UI so I cannot say for sure) go to the 'Oblivion\Data\menus\prefabs\darn' directory and open 'enchantmentsetting_config.xml' with a text editor of your choice. The last paragraph in that very short file is

<!-- Enchantment limits (def.100,100,120) -->

<!-- If you've been using "Raised Spellmaking Enhancements Limits", it's values are 300,300,360. -->

<_esmagnitudelimit> 100 </_esmagnitudelimit>

<_esarealimit> 100 </_esarealimit>

<_esdurationlimit> 120 </_esdurationlimit>

The first value is the Magnitude of the spell, the second the Area of Effect, the last one the duration.
