Vagrant0
With the writers guild strike, many late night shows will be going into re-runs. Fall series which don't have enough footage shot will be on hiatus. The news media may even have to actually report the news without all the flair and dramatics. Worse yet, even more poorly produced (and all virtually the same) reality (relative term) shows may be slated for production if it isn't resolved soon. I don't even want to think about how wrestling fans will be able to handle having to come to terms with the reality of the situation*. *Wrestling is fake. the hits may be real, but everything they do in and outside the ring is scripted and rehersed... This is why it's actually entertaining, they have writers planning all this. So how will the writing strike affect you?
Stampede
It won't We only get re-runs as it is. Now that Sopranos is over I only watch the news. I don't have a chance to watch TV, it's a horrible waste of time anyway.
Dark0ne
The only series I currently watch are old ones anyway. Currently on series 3 of 7 of Deep Space Nine (oh lol). How long is this strike expected to last? :D Edit: is the football scripted?

TheTerminator2004
I don't know whats going on either... the only writing-related strike I know about is the postal strike, and that was resolved ages ago. As for TV, I only really watch Have I Got News for you, Top Gear, Dr Who, and the occasional episode of Scrubs. Everything else is mostly just junk.
