That could be easily done enough all you would have to do is make a new ammo list so that it contains lets say 5mm ammo and 40mm grenade ammo. All you would have to do is use the same projectiles just copy and edit the 40mm ammo to 20mm and wulla you have yourself a gun that fires bullets and grenades. Next all you would have to do then is get a gun mesh that has a undermounted grenade launcher. That would be basically all you would have to do.
