Shared Inventory Container

Looking for a mod or a way to make a container that I can place in a settlement, and store all loot in, and when another shared loot container is placed anywhere else in the world, both of the containers can access the same inventory. And before you say it, yes, I know about workbenches. That's not what I mean. I'm looking for a way to share ALL items I want across settlements through one container.

question(And yes you may laugh) will it work like normal containers in settlements placed (with bad ass gear inside) with intention settlers will pull weapons when attacked.... yet raiders spawn, run right to the chest, snag the best weapons they can, then die to turrets (All while the random settlers around them make quotes like 'must have been the noise' and 'what was that?' then continue on with their important job of lounging around the corn?(And the raiders bodies quickly vanish due to some ingame 'limit' to corpses so cannot loot the items back)

 

if this is yes, This means its a way I can rid myself of all those useless epic items? :P (Just plop boxes all throughout the commonwealth for more challenge :D)

What I mean is that, when I build 10 special shared inventory containers in 10 different settlements, one in each settlement to be specific, each container accesses the same inventory when opened. So if I place my Recoil Compensated Spiked Comfort Grip Red Dot Sight Yardstick in the shared container at Abernathy Farm, I can pick it up from my special chest at Sanctuary Hills, or any of the other locations. I suppose settlers could take from it if they wanted, they seem to help themselves to anything that isn't bolted down or locked in my settlements anyway.
