I would have... and I have for previous games... but now that the game doesnt let you choose major and minor skills... I think its safe to say I havent done much planning.

I know that my first character will be a Khajiit mage, with a focus on destruction, illusion, smithing, sneak, lock-picking, one-handed and killing Dunmer.

I haven't written his background story yet, but It will probably be something with him heaving amnesia.

I'm gonna laugh when you find out that you are really gonna end up skilled in destruction, one-handed, sneak, speech, restoration, block, and alteration.

Normally I am a dunmer. Light armor, marksman, destruction, conjuration, illusion, blade, block

But I just know my real skill will be speech, pickpocketing, lockpicking, alchemy, sneak, 2H blade, and alteration :(

Character 1 (maybe):

Race - Nord or Dunmer

Associations: Companions, Imperials

This build would consist of using one handed weapons mostly and spells when the situation calls for them.

This build idea is my first idea because i don't know how the game is gonna play, and if the main quest would be easier with a more melee oriented character. Very good at smithing and heavy armor, would use a sword and board as opposed to dual weilding. Probably have a large two handed weapon of some sort just in case. I may also make use of conjured weaponry, though at this point, unlikely. But I said "maybe" above because I might just go with my favorite build right away (all though I probably won't)

Character 2 (Favorite type):

Race - Bosmer or Imperial

Associations: Thieves Guild, Stormcloak Rebels

This build would be Archery based with some moderate stealth skill, and I would utilize anything to help me keep distance from my enemies, as in using slow time shout to create some distance as well as get off some rapid shots. Also, making use of the dash shout and the sprint feature in general. Also possibly having some destruction points in the frost element, so I can utilize slowing spells, but this will all depend on how easy/quick it is to switch between using a bow and using spells. I would also put points in one handed and if possible dual wielding specifically. I would use faster swords (short swords if possible) but if there is no short sword type weapons I will just use dual daggers seeing as my enemies will most likely be pretty crippled by the time they get to me. Also depending on the type in the game I plan to heavily utilize summonable animals (or animal companions if possible, which is my preferred choice), not undead or deadra, but strictly creatures. Possibly alchemy, seeing as this character will primarily live out in the woods most of the time. Also if racial abilities scale with your level instead of being useless after say level 5, then I will more than likely use a Bosmer for their command creature ability.

Character 3:

Race - Breton

Association: College of Winterhold, Imperial/Rebels (depending on the ideals of each)

This build would be a pure magic build, I will spec mostly in destruction (fire) and conjuration. I will make use of conjured weapons when the situation calls for them, but mostly turn my enemies to smoldering piles whilst my conjured undead distract them in close combat. I will heavily enchant my robes and carry around a enchanted weapon of some sort just in case I get in a tight spot with no magicka.

Character 4:

Race - Khajiit/Argonian

Association: Dark Brotherhood, Stormcloak Rebels

This is a highly stealth oriented build. Heavily utilizing alchemy for poisons. Always dual wielding daggers, I would probably have a bow on me but only use it for either distracting enemies, leading them away from something, or if I absolutely can not get in melee range, for a stealth attack. I will more than likely use blood money to pay for the enchantments on my daggers, and armor. Also I would pay for the improvements to my armor, because this dark assassin can't be bothered with taking the time to do it himself (all though he claims he could do it if he wanted to). I am considering having him skilled in speech as to add a mystique to him. A secret assassin that to those that don't truly know him, just think he is a suave trader.

I will probably end up playing a nord or imperial. I am making a Stealth/Marksman/Assassin class first. With improved Dual wield swords in case things get heated up. (Like fighting dragons)

I'll be making two.

The first will be a Khajiit, with a focus on destruction and conjuration, as well as sneak and pickpocketing, possibly some archery and definitely light armor thrown in. I'll probably make use of dual-wielding daggers as well.

The second will be wearing heavy armor. He'll be an Orc who makes use of dual-wielding battle axes. He'll use a little restoration for healing, but other than that will focus completely on warrior skills, smithing, archery, etc.

The Nord I'm going to make was supposed to be my next character in Oblivion, but since I "finally" grew tired of that game a few months ago it will be perfect for Skyrim instead :) For the first time EVER, I shall equip myself with an axe as prefered weapon for this fella. I've also been planning on him crossing paths with my old favourite vampire imperial Briva, in a sort of non-friendly way (To begin with at least) :whistling: Will be interesting to re-make her as an NPC in Skyrim!

This is actually the first time I am creating character models. I'm the guy that likes to do absolutely everything with one character, so I need to set guidelines or I'll be much weaker than most and have lots of random perks.

Argonian Layout: Nightblade (of sorts)

Mage Skills

1.Destruction, 2.Restoration, 3.Enchanting, 4.Illusion,

Thief Skills:

5.Light Armor, 6.Lockpicking, 7.Sneak, 8.Pickpocketing,

Warrior Skills:

9.Archery, 10.One-Handed

-----------------------------------------------------

Nord Layout: Spellsword (again of sorts)

Mage Skills:

1.Destruction, 2.Restoration, 3.Illusion, 4.Enchanting

Thief Skills:

5.Sneak

Warrior Skills:

6.Smithing, 7.Heavy Armor, 8.One Handed, 9.Archery, 10.Block
