CaptainCockerel Posted June 1, 2016 Share Posted June 1, 2016 Hi everyone. I have honestly never created an NPC before and I wanted to make a merchant that activates through a menu. Now that part is working flawlessly, but I duplicated Arturo, gave him a new ID and never touched his face data. The CK now insists I pack the mod with three uncompressed DDS files and a head NIF file. Is there anyway to get rid of this data from the NPC safely, or am I stuck making the textures 1x1 pixels? Since the NPC is copied from an exisitng NPC, it uses the other NPC's textures by default which everyone already has. The packer tool within the CK grabs *everything* that's referenced in a plugin, irregardless of whether it exists already. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
