I meant, that until someone who knows more about such things jumps in and fix the issue in the creation kit, so people with less knowledge on the topic such as myself can create. My main concern are layers of land and floors, that were placed on an area before hand. I wish to open that floor without using Bethesda door portals that transfers the player to a different cell, in order to create a more fluid experience. Let me see if I get this right (i was tired, it was really late) - you want to be able to create a hole in any mesh (specifically floors here) at will, just by using a script, anywhere on the map? No, that is impossible, no amount of CK can make it possible unless you plan on replacing the entirety of F4's meshes with different ones made out of tiny, tiny parts that can be moved.
