Daedric Shrines

Recommended Posts

We all remember them from Oblivion and Morrowind, and maybe older games I'm not sure!

But will Skyrim feature daedric shrines?

I certainly hope so, the quests were just fun and awesome and the rewards were either really useful or hilarious!

So I ask you this:

1. Do you think daedric shrines will return?

2. If so, in what form? like shrines with followers and you need to do an offering or would you meet the prince(ss) in real?

3. What do you want/expect for rewards?

Here are my answers:

1. I would certainly hope so!

2. I think it'll be the same as in Morrowind and Oblivion

3.

Azura : Moon and star ring

Boethia : Ebony Mail (or some other cool set of armour)

Clavicus Vile : The masque ofcourse!

Hermaeus Mora : Oghma Infinium (maybe adding new perk slots?)

Hircine : a cool bow!

Malacath : Volendrung

Mephala : Ring of Khajiti

Meridia : an anti undead spell

Mehrunes Dagon : The razor

Molag Bal : The mace!

Namira : Namira's Ring

Nocturnal : Skeleton key or the cowl?

Peryite : Spell breaker, such a good shield

Sanguine : Rose of Sanguine

Sheogorath : WABBAJACK

Vaermina : Skull of corruption

Vaermina

You can't have the Moon-and-Star Ring, since only Nerevar can wear it. You'll get Azura's Star if anything, the infinite-recharge soulgem.

And Sheogorath is too chaotic to give the same reward. Not sure what will happen with him after Shivering Isles and Jyggalag.

Getting the same artifacts every single game makes them feel like they're just some expendable item that gods don't mind handing out.

"Azura's Star? Sure, take two! I have hundreds of these babies!"
