KanesGhost
I just recently newly installed my game with Mods and yesterday installed both Crash Fixes and ENBoost, with the SKSE requirement, etc...TES5Edit cleaned, etc...I had been playing a CTD prone game (would CTD after about an hour) until yesterday, but was running. Today I tried out my Game and ohoh  ...Stuttering very badly straight off...started new game...plus something I have never seen before, FPS was claiming impossible numbers ranging from 80 sometimes briefly as high as 1000, though heavy stuttering denotes FPS way too low...plus my Dovahkins health, magicka, stamina bars were in their thousands.Something that also happened on the intro Screen though, was a warning came up, wanting me to open my SKSE.ini and set the DefaultHeapInitialAlloc to 768... but Crash Fixes Installation guide states this:Data/SKSE/SKSE.ini (not needed if UseOSAllocators=1 in CrashFixPlugin.ini):Set DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB:Memory to 768I had set my UseOSAllocators to 1Any ideas what may be wrong please? I am on Windows 10 Just in case it's something I'm not seeing in my load list responsible for perhaps the high numbers...My Mod load list included: 0 0 Skyrim.esm 1 1 Update.esm 2 2 Dawnguard.esm 3 3 HearthFires.esm 4 4 Dragonborn.esm 5 5 Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp 6 6 SexLab.esm 7 7 ApachiiHairMales.esm 8 8 Lanterns Of Skyrim - All In One - Main.esm 9 9 WM Flora Fixes.esp10 a SexLabAroused.esm HighResTexturePack01.esp HighResTexturePack02.esp HighResTexturePack03.esp11 b SkyUI.esp12 c FNIS.esp13 d RaceMenu.esp14 e RaceMenuPlugin.esp15 f dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Medium.esp16 10 TrueEyes.esp17 11 SexLab_Solutions.esp18 12 UltimateShouting.esp19 13 Disparity.esp20 14 BedUndressDLC.esp21 15 SexLabDefeat.esp22 16 zzlovelyfeather.esp23 17 Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul.esp24 18 Craftable and Placeable Havok-enabled Bedrolls .esp25 19 Beards.esp26 1a Highlander Katana.esp27 1b DreamBurrowsRegalAssassin.esp28 1c LadyKdCirclets.esp29 1d Nature of the beast.esp30 1e LongerDurationsandAnnoyanceFixes.esp31 1f Duel - Combat Realism.esp32 20 Combat Evolved.esp33 21 Thieves Guild Requirements.esp34 22 TheChoiceIsYours.esp35 23 Do You Know Who I Am.esp36 24 Populated Dungns Caves Ruins Legendary.esp37 25 Populated Forts Towers Places Legendary.esp38 26 HobbitHole.esp39 27 FalmerBanes Alchemist Shack Dragonborn Version.esp40 28 Hunterborn.esp41 29 livofl.esp42 2a SofiaFollower.esp43 2b UniqueBows.esp44 2c BFFAnimalCompanions.esp45 2d Animallica.esp46 2e VexAnimNotMonsterLegen.esp47 2f VexNotMons_AniPtch.esp48 30 SummonAnimalPets_immortal.esp SummonAnimalPets_immersive.esp49 31 JarrinSprig.001.esp50 32 Purity.esp51 33 Lanterns Of Skyrim - All In One - for Purity.esp52 34 tpos_ultimate_esm.esp53 35 tpos_ultimate_riverwood_holistic.esp54 36 tpos_ultimate_whiterun_enhanced.esp55 37 Hunterborn_CACO_Patch.esp Hunterborn_Requiem-Patch.esp Hunterborn_RND-Patch.esp Hunterborn_Campfire_Patch.esp Hunterborn_LanternsAndCandles-Patch.esp Hunterborn_WearableLantern-Patch.esp56 38 ToL_Core_by_Brevi.esp57 39 ToL_SKSE_by_Brevi.esp58 3a WerewolfMastery.esp59 3b Zarias_Piercings1.esp60 3c The Paarthurnax Ultimatum.esp61 3d Sneak Tools.esp Sneak Tools Vanilla Masks.esp Sneak Tools Vanilla Hoods.esp62 3e SeranaSneak.esp63 3f serana stfu.esp64 40 Realistic AI Detection - Low Interior, Low Exterior.esp65 41 Not a Sneak Thief.esp66 42 MoreHeartsAndFlesh.esp67 43 LevelMult10.esp68 44 SpeechTree.esp69 45 Perk_Light_Armor_Tree_Redone.esp70 46 DeadlyDragons.esp71 47 Archery Perks Overhaul.esp72 48 ElementalGauldurAmulet.esp73 49 HeartBreaker.esp74 4a Earrings Set1.esp75 4b JarlsDagger.esp76 4c CalienteVanillaArmorTweaks.esp77 4d LoversComfort.esp78 4e VanHelsing.esp Edited June 3, 2016 by KanesGhost

jeedge
Just putting this out there - may or may not be the cuase of your issue: I had 'challenged' myself to follow sthaagg's guide:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74427/? I noticed I had added these lines following his guide:[THREADS]DataSyncMode=0PriorityMode=0EnableUnsafeFixes=false Started the game up and had massive stuttering FPS issue after about 5 seconds after the initial load-in. My CPU is starting to show it's age... AMD 960T (Quad) overclocked to 3.4 Ghz per core Then I re-read his section about these lines - quoted here: "These setting manage process priority and add some stability fix, but you can experience massive fps lag, set it like below [THREADS]DataSyncMode=0PriorityMode=0DataSyncMode=0 and PriorityMode=0 is the recommended setting and should always be used, unless If you have CTD or problem when you load a save, set it to :PriorityMode=3 and DataSyncMode=2, according to Boris' advice, it is the best balance between fix and performance for Nvidia users andsome ATI/AMD usersor to :DataSyncMode=1 and PriorityMode=0 is mostly the best balance for AMD/ATI users." I then modified to PriorityMode=3 and DataSyncMode=2 then restarted the game, noticed a much much better FPS. But then I found that you can just remove those lines and get even more FPS so I'm currently running without these lines in the enblocal.ini file and have had no issues so far. As I understand it so far, the idea is you can drop the lines back in mid-game later, if need be and I don't believe not using the lines will lead to some sort of file or save file corruption later. Someone please correct me if I understood this part incorrectly.
ironbender800
I have heard those can affect stability (in a bad way) and STEP warns to leave them at 0. for 99.9% of users. I do not know anything about them but that is what the people smarter than me are saying. http://wiki.step-project.com/images/thumb/8/8e/Warning-Logo.png/40px-Warning-Logo.png Warning: Be sure the parameters in the [THREADS] section match what is below! These are for special case use only. You are 99% not likely one of those special cases! The section should remain as follows: [THREADS] DataSyncMode=0 PriorityMode=0 EnableUnsafeFixes=false
KanesGhost
I would prefer not to change any threads...I am not Computer savvy, I think you gotta know what you're doing to do that, I don't :(
