Exponentially longer boot time with Mods

I don't think this has anything to do with the mods them self, more over the new Bethesda net mods system. With the new system it took longer to boot, but now it takes up to 5 minutes to start the game and get into the menus. The actual game runs fine, but it just takes forever to start the game, and sometimes with enough mods the game crashes with the logo, which should no longer happen because of how the Plugins are loaded in game now (The main menu upon loading a save I believe), so the only way this could happen is with the new system. Does anyone know how I could fix this?

I doubt the new system is the cause. More than likely, you have some mod conflicts or way too many mods with loose files.

With Skyrim I had tons of mods with loose files it booted in less than a minute, only Fallout 4 is giving me this problem. I recently uninstalled a bunch of mods, and checked over what I had and reinstalled stuff to newer versions, and I still get this problem. Uninstalling ENBoost doesn't work either.

I noticed with mods my loadtimes are longer too
could it be scripting and memory things?
like where scripts eat up memory and like, because they're constant, it's less of a thing that needs to get loaded and more of a memory reserve? (like reserved seating)

how do mod conflicts affect load times?
because I get crashes fairly often as well, and I sometimes wonder about things...
but not for long because I'm ADHD

I don't get any crashes but my initial load times are insanely long. My Skyrim with over 200 mods is measured in seconds. All my other games boot up in seconds but FO4 often takes minutes. Its kind of frustrating,

The important thing to note that modding isn't a thing that always has fixes or breaks in a specific way. The ways a modded Bethesda game can cause problems vary from person to person, load order to load order, scripts to scripts etc etc.

Numerous things can cause problems and it's worth noting that both games use a separate version of Creation engine and have different required specs. For instance all of you say Fallout 4 when heavily modded has longer load times then skyrim heavily modded, for me it's the other way around.
