I never really understood the OST phenomenon, especially in regards to games like this where the music files are readily accessible in the game's subfolders...

 

Why pay 30$ for music you already have by virtue of owning the game? Just honestly curious.

For the sake of collecting, supporting Bethesda (And Jeremy Soule), the warm and fuzzy feeling when you bought something you could get for free.

Personally, I'll buy it because of all the reasons above.

Yes that's what I meant. I see now that my post is a bit flawed.

To clarify, I meant taking the sound files from the "Music" folder that comes with the game, not pirating the Soundtrack. :tongue:
