Show off your Desktop

@ Savage, thats cool. idk if i could find a collection of pictures i like enough to have ti change every night (thats assuming i figured out how to get it to change lol)

 

You know how or don't? Right click the desktop and go to personalize...then click Desktop Background. Choose a folder with pictures in it and tick the ones you want. Then you can change them at different intervals. I never have done it myself, but we set it up on mama in law's computer, she has them change every 5 minutes. Mostly pictures of her doggie, my kitty, and the boyfriend and I :) I do like Windows 7 for that.

I have my desktop cleared as I don't have any programs on it and just use it as a dump to upload things. Just like last time ;D.

@ illiad. omg ya wow. you know whats dumb. i used to have my desktop background change every week. i cant believe i forgot that i used to do it. lol thanks....and i used to have that as my background too actually.

(I actually bookmark my backgrounds on the internet in the form of emails to myself so if my hard drive ever crashes I'll still have the awesome wallpapers :D)

I noticed some heavy forum apps and development tools for programming and game development tools, i Googled some of them :blink: . Are you a programmer by any chance Hoofhearted4.

 

didnt notice this until just now. the only program on my desktop that involves programming is the Netbeans IDE. but no, i am not. the things on my desktop like FileZilla, Putty, and the Netbeans IDE are all for classes im taking in college. so far, i suck at programming, its major hard. but ive only been learning about it for like 2 months so ya. possibly someday? idk. my classes are a variety of computer classes designed to give you a taste of different computer jobs you could consider making a career out of. Programming, Web Design, Hardware, Databases, etc.

 

 

EDIT: its weird. i was trying to look for that picture again (the End War one) and not only does it not show up in any of my searches, but it doesnt show up in my history as any picture ive viewed in the last week. idky
