Nintii
Exercise yes, daily ... early morning (5:30 AM) walk for a few kilometers and treadmill at night for 15 minutes ... oh, and i think nerds are cute, especially the stereotypical ones ... My best friend is a belly dancer ... by day she covers up with a maxi, boots (pry them off my dead feet she says) and long sleeves ... but twice a week she's at practice (studio) and shakes everything that can be shaken. Evilllamas
I exercise properly for one hour a day, four days a week, (with pull up bar/ handstand pres sups and other gymnastic styled stuff), do 30 minutes or so of stretching on Wednesday (off day) and usually go Bouldering/ climbing indoors or outdoors on the weekend for a few hours. hoofhearted4
depends on what you mean by exersize. my job is quite physically active. i stock shelves. so im always moving on my feet and always moving boxes and stuff. (both heavy and light mostly around 20lbs or so on average)..8 hours shifts. but on top of that i go to the gym usually 5 days a week 1-2 hours a day. of course it varies, but im pretty consistent. i wrestled in high school and was in very very good shape and i tried my best to stay in shape since i graduated (in '09) to give a good comparison as to how decent of shape im in, ive gone as Hidan to a Cosplay before (Hidan is the character in my signature) im not nearly as ripped as he is but im thin and muscular like that. i just cannot of the life of me keep toned to the extreme like that lol.
