(both heavy and light mostly around 20lbs or so on average)..8 hours shifts. but on top of that i go to the gym usually 5 days a week 1-2 hours a day. of course it varies, but im pretty consistent. i wrestled in high school and was in very very good shape and i tried my best to stay in shape since i graduated (in '09) Aha so that's where you get your name from hoofhearted4, heart like a horse ... cos you work like a beast ! Ok, don't fight with me now alright ? Edited November 8, 2011 by Nintii
Illiad86
If washing dishes and cleaning the house is considered exercise, yeah I do :P

I naturally have no fat, so lucky me- I can eat as many sweets as I want, do a bit/ allot of exercise and stay very toned but thin (I'm very light- good for climbing, and gymnastic moves!) tokyobiohazard
I get virtually no exercise whatsoever (I barely even walk outside the house, cause I'm lazy). I'm about thirty pounds underweight, size 0 jeans, and I have the appetite of a grown man at times. Either I'm very lucky or very unlucky, lol. MbDB1211
weights in the morning, four sets of 120 pushups, sit ups, dips, flutter kicks, squats, and as many pull ups as i can on mondays, wednesdays and fridays, 3-5 mile run on tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays. Frustrating thing is I can never lose fat, just gain muscle. Edited November 9, 2011 by MbDB1211
jhardingame
I only do about 2-4 hours a week, though 2 of those hours are actually mandatory because of ROTC xDBut still, it's exercise, and as a gamer AND a college student, it helps me keep fit. Pushkatu
I don't go to the gym, but I do exercise in my room, wich is big enough to allow me to karate-like kick my pillows. As a matter of fact, I lost 10 kg in less than a month, thanks to some tae bo vids I've downloaded from youtube. They do help. I also stopped eating bread and fat food, I eat a lot more vegetables now and most important I drink a lot of tea. I still drink a lot of bear, that I can't quit! :psyduck:
