Balagor
>snip<However, Misogyny is not that forgiving or entreating, rather it is a HATRED of females and a desire to see them as slaves, exclude them from anything that has position of power, place or authority.Aristotle said that females were natural deformities or imperfect malesTertullian said that females were the "gateway to the devil' and also a "temple built over a sewer".>snip< Perhaps those poor men suffer from the same weakness as the women hating men. Those women they make up in their minds when they hang out with their buddies, are big ferosious women, that will give them at least 12 kids, yell at them to get that lazy bud off the chair and find a job. What those men see in their imaginations, is that they loose their most precious thing: THEIR FREEDOM. Now you only have to add a not very educated and narrowed mind, enhanced in the company of fellows dittos, then you got a bunch of women haters. DeadMansFist849
Balagor, I don't think there is any way to justify the sheer hatred of the "Men's Rights Movement" or general entitled idiots who think it's OK to treat women like blowup dolls. It is not OK to be horrible to people for merely existing. If you're upset about the prevalence of whiny magpies who are obsessed with babies, well, trust me, feminists do not generally like them or support their actions. :) Hint: if you see someone self-describing as a radical feminist, though, you may want to run. Those rads are pretty xenophobic and invasive of others' bedrooms (figuratively) in my experience.

Nintii
Perhaps those poor men suffer from the same weakness as the women hating men. What those men see in their imaginations, is that they loose their most precious thing: THEIR FREEDOM. Now you only have to add a not very educated and narrowed mind, enhanced in the company of fellows dittos, then you got a bunch of women haters. Well Balagor I'm sorry to say but that just simply isn't so ... and I quote you, "Perhaps those poor men suffer from the same weakness ...", ... Poor men, are you kidding me. What weakness do they suffer from ? ... The only weakness that i can think of is perhaps their inability to prevent their poor little brains from concocting more rubbish to further subjugate and or cripple women born out of a self inflated belief that they are superior. This illusion of grandeur is based upon their historical domination of females which they hope to seed into perpetuity.Well not if I and other like-minded women are going to have a say in the matter ... so I'm sorry buddy, but the continuation of this just is not going to happen. What men go through is nothing compared to what many women face in their homes, workplace and culture on a daily basis. My cousin who is busy studying at "Uni" (short for University), has chosen the subject of Quantity Surveying ... one night we sat together and gathered info from various "Articles" on the topic she had chosen ... Discrimination of Females in the Construction Industry" ... what we found was that many women enter the constuction arena (not as ground workers but as professionals) with high hopes of success only to discover that what they get is mere "tokenism", a show, a little "hey we've got some women who work here in OUR company" ... can you see how "progressive" we are ... But they get no further than a pretty title, a parking space and a powerless position to actually "do anything meaningful".Men have slammed that door firmly shut in their faces, so, as the story goes, the majority leave the profession disillusioned and battered (mentally & emotionally), years of study wasted, money down the drain ... and for those who decide to stay and endure when it comes time for promotion they are promoted sideways into niche positions but never upward in the company ... this is the discrimination that I'm talking about. And the "poor little men suffer from no weakness other than themselves", my words. The brow beating men receive from their wives is unique to each situation, maybe the guy is just flat out lazy, or uncaring or unloving.Don't you guys get it, really, don't you understand that for many of us a helping partner is interpretted as a loving partner ?You come home from work where you've done a few things for the day, grab yourself a drink, plonk yourself down into the chair switch on the TV, and think that you're the king of the castle, the master and commander of the universe. And I need to watch out because here come the "royal orders".Hey, you lazy women what have you been doing all day ?Working you stupid man, just like you !And now i'm cooking dinner, cleaning up as I go, gathering the dirty laundry, doing the dishes, checking on the kids (quadriple the work if there's a baby in the home), fixing up myself a bit and following up on birthdays, what to buy, what to wear for tomorrow, the meeting next week, figure out what we're eating for dinner when our family or friends are coming in a few days time ...andthe list just goes on and on and on. And now you ask me what the heck I've been doing all day ... don't be surprised if I suddenly start yelling at you, give you the cold shoulder, deny you sex, or put you down ... and no, don't you dare get an attitude with me buster, cos I'm liable to clobber you in the chops or hit you with something.I've been around my sister-in-law and aunts long enough to see the hell they go through.Women on average do exceedingly more work than men, we are not lazy but do we get remunerated for it, promoted for it or even recognised for it ? ..... the answer is a big fat NO ! And when women do get together, they quite naturally vent their "all to common" frustrations amongst themselves ... you talk sport, we talk men, lazy men, inadequate men, useless men. grannywils
Nintii, one of the oh so many things that I love about you, is your ability and willingness to speak straightforwardly, cut to the chase, speak your mind and say very simple what is true. Thank you for what you have said. I will add, that whilst I do not deny that men have in some instances been abused, it does not hold a candle to the lifetime of subservience that has just been described by our articulate Ms. Nintii. Nor does it justify the mistreatment of any human being by any other. She has simply described what is true.
Balagor
@Nin and all. Jeezz, was it my word "poor"? It can be said in many ways, sarcastic too.As stated allready, I DO NOT JUSTIFY chauvism. I tried to explain that men (some men) are the weakes species on earth, and their woman hate is not hate, but comes from fear. That women are not welcome in "male companies" and are mocked, is an issue I am not even familiar with (nor my wife). It must be a major difference between your country and my country. We have a female prime minister here. I voted for her, not because she´s a woman, but because she´s a socialist. This difference surprices me still, since we are talking about the western world, our cultural values. However, what you fail to see through your filters, @Nin, is that there is no need for hating, or say that other are hating (I know, it´s easy said, I´m a man). As I see it, all this lack of fairness towards women, (and men too,) is not gonna be solved by keep on crying out who has done the biggest cruelties against eachother.I do not support chauvism, nor do I support feminism when fanatic (oops, I´m gonna here for that  )
Beriallord
From the way I understand feminism, its women mostly in opposition to traditional views about what women are, or should be.
