Memoris
Showracemenu - Displays the character creation menu so that you can adjust look, sex, race, name, at any time. No longer screws up your stats so can use without penalty. It does screw your skills perk if you change your race (mostly because you changer your inner stats from another race) , but it does work if you only change everything else. SealCubClubber
I'm not sure I saw this in the above posts, but if you need to search with the console Help command for a string that contains two or more words, use double quotes to enclose the string. Example, help "white pod" 4. Also, has anyone found a command to show and/or increase the current number of saved perk points you have? I looked at the full list of console commands and didn't see anything obvious.
Blaise Parker
I'd love to know how to get rid of the dead bodies. I keep tripping over dead wolves on my way back to town. I'm in the console, clicking on the wolf and typing disable and no-go. Hrmph. But it does work on trees and other objects. ETA: The problem seems to be that the NPCs are not selectable when clicking on them in console. They are click-throughable. I was getting a ID, but that turns out to be the ID of the ground UNDER the NPC. I do not know how to get the NPCs ID. Tropxe
Warning - this should be added to the top by a modUsing the console (even by accident) will label you a cheater on Steam and all your achievements will not be recorded. So if you are into that Steam stuff, then you have been warned. This didn't happen for me. I've used showracemenu countless times and I'm still getting Steam achievements. I have heard that modifying the ini stops achievements, though from only one person who seemed to phrase it in an odd way. Is there any way to add a racial skill to your character? I'm fairly sure it used to mention somewhere in the magic menu that my passive racial skill is finding more gold in containers (Imperial), but now it doesn't seem to say it any more. So can anyone confirm if it's meant to say that in the magic menu, and if so if there's a command to add it back again? I do not know how to get the NPCs ID.Does it work if you're in conversation with them or looting them (the latter for if they're dead)? I'm in the console, clicking on the wolf and typing disable and no-go. Hrmph. But it does work on trees and other objects. On the off chance that you don't know already, you can grab things by holding down the E key for a second or so. Then, until you tap it again, you can walk around. Sometimes the objects drop before you release them - probably because they're heavy? So drag those way too abundant, and aggressive, wolves off the path! ;)
