Eferas
Skyrim and Skyrim Special Edition will always be considered separate things, mostly because what works on one version most probably will not work on the other. The skyrim section is already very full of mods and if we have to track two different lists of mods for both editions on the same section it would be pretty uncomfortable and inconvenient. Since the special edition is also installed on a different folder, it's not an update of the regular version, I voted for it to have its own section, it's more convenient. ironbender800
Own section. Also from what i understand while a lot of mods will be compatible and SKSE team has already said they will update SKSE for it......SKY UI will not....which means no mods with MCM menu. Also tracking down mods for 2 diff game versions will get confusing for people. Im really not a fan at all that their doing this. Lazy way for bethesda to make some easy money IMO. (hey we can just update skyrim and resell it for the new consoles with mods)
cjgarner
A 64 bit engine revamp should fix a lot of issues.1) no more memory patch.2) if done correct should end tree popping and issues like zbuffer (saying computer is to par and has enough memory).3) if done correct should be able to use full power of your GFX card. 4) if done correct should be much more multi threaded capable(will use cpu much better).5) Means will be able to mod much more heavily(mod till your computer cant handle it vs engine failing).6) For me will fix everything that I have issues with7) This will also make a lot of older mods not needed at all but make it much better for end usersIssues that would make it need own section1)A new user may think the need to use memory patch and mods like this because it is said to be needed all over the internet (They will probably wreck there game doing all the things you need to do now just to be able to mod skyrim) I think a new section would not be a bad idea or at least a few pages describing the different skyrim versions just to insure players understand the basics before they start trying to mod there version of skyrim would be a good thing! deadblood01
i prefer own section otherwise there will be lots of confusion between mods and people will gonna download wrong mod for wrong game and will end up messing things up.
