(please forgive the horrible formatting in the title, i had just noticed it right after i had already pushed the post button lol)

Recently when firing up Fallout 4 again i noticed input lag, so i went through one of the many 'fix all your input lag problems' guides from around the net, and like many others, i was plagued with all the minute little glitches resulting from disabling Vsync. At fist i didn't really notice this, but what i did notice was that i was playing the game is if it was some weird mixture of Doom and Over-watch. I was jumping around like crazy taking twitch shots mid air while aiming down the sites and running around like a madman. It was like playing a completely different game, and i have to say, it was more fun than vanilla Fallout 4, especially when paired with the mods i have installed that increase enemy spawns.

I am a software engineer who works primarily in C so im no stranger to working in code, but i am not a beth modder and havent ever played around with their mod tools, so im wondering if there is a way in the CK to edit the individual speed multipliers for walk, run, sprint and ADS movement so that i may attempt to replicate the fun i was having when the game was essentially broken lol. If so i might just learn enough to make these changes and the upload it for everyone to experience. Console commands only allow for editing the global movement mult, and that's just not going to cut it.

Yeah, but how? I'm interested in this too, as part of a weapon mod I'm working on.

There are movement types for the Player and NPCs in the character section of the creation kit. You can google console commands that increase run speed, use scripts or a game setting record to set the run speed or look at how the sprinter's legendary effect modifies run speed. You can look at how Arbitration modified walking speed. You can look at how the nimble legendary effect modifies ADS speed. There are mods that modify sneaking speed. I don't know much about sprinting speed, but if you increase run speed when sprint is activated, that might increase sprinting speed.

Looked into those. I found some of the base stat values in the Character player movement entries, but nothing for ADS speed. As for the effects, they where being modified via a percentage multiplier, which is not what i wanted. I want to be able to set the actual values for all the speeds. Am i missing something?

ADS speed is implemented as a legendary effect.

It's basically a movespeed buff that affects all movement .... but it has a condition to be active only while aiming, effectively limiting it to ADS.
