Fhaarkas
I like the idea of Nord horses being more rugged and sturdy, but these horses seem a bit cartoonish, almost silly to me.Looks fat with too short legs. Actually it's not that far fetched..http://www.sporthorse-data.com/horse/10528546/593/Horse_McCartneys_Highland_Prince-big.jpg I vote for companion's horse. At the very least let my housecarl rides with me, dammit..
Bluechase
Yes, improvement on horses, please! Also , a command mount would be great - I'm sick of losing them!
Evilllamas
I never buy horses, since they are going to die from being eaten by wolves, falling of a cliff, or blasted by a dragon within half an hour...nick them in the night, much cheaper!and they go away aswell once you've done with it! Evillamas, I was worried about my horse and dragons then I noticed that whenever one showed up in the sky, the horse takes off. It was actually kind of funny. ;D
Fhaarkas
Ohh so they're called Gypsy. After some googling, I think the horses in Skyrim might be Shire Geldings. They're not that huge in-game though.http://www.rivendaleshires.com/images/Devon4.jpg http://ox.equinenow.com/equine/data/photos/267345_1.jpg
vertex23
/speculation Hopefully with the way horses work now, it can be modded very simply. Maybe like a quick switch of some number and such and the game will no longer think you're on a horse and everything behaves like normal - except you're faster :o /speculation
Xydonus
Horses were a late addition to the game judging by how Howard put it in the dev-blogs when asked a question about Horses, think it was somewhere on the lines of 'We'll see, we haven't explored that avenue just yet'...
