vertex23
Has anyone else been having this problem? For some reason a random texture will decide to stop working right out of the blue mid game and the item will just turn lavender. It's happened about three times now, once with Fur armour on females, then with the Forsworn armour, and I just had it happen with a Troll (Fighting a purple blob is scary O.o) I'm using a nvidia card, btw. dwellufool
Check to see if your drivers are updated and consider re-installing. Be sure you get you save games copied somewhere safe if you did that, though.
Tropxe
It's just a glitch that can be fixed by restarting the game. Hopefully it gets fixed properly in a patch. Not only have I got the one you described, I've also got one where loads of things are transparent, my body, the ground, random bits of scenery, my hair... You name it. And it all changes as I move and look around. http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/4449/2011111300002.th.jpg http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/5479/2011111300003.th.jpg http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/7460/2011111300004.th.jpg Edited November 14, 2011 by Tropxe

vertex23
So I did have an update for my driver, installing now and hopefully it will fix it. Maybe. -Can't say I've ever had the transparent bug o.o
Tropxe
It's not a driver issue, it's caused by the game running for a long time, apparently. There's a cache issue on the PC and Xbox 360 versions, and probably on the PS3 version too, though I haven't seen any reports of it yet.
