Is it possible to add a voice in your mod?

I have quite a few projects I am planning on doing, but I am rather new to skyrim modding. Is it possible to add a voice in your mods? Like if you are making a quest and someone says "He is over there!" Can you record that and edit it in or must it stay text? How difficult is it to do that, if its possible?

Thanks!

Nope -- not yet -- will have to wait for the Creation Kit to come out. Right now you can only edit the raw data files (textures, sounds, numbers, etc...) and change 1 thing into something else. There is no way (that I know of) to add to the game at this point.

however, once the Creation Kit comes out it should be possible.

Do you know when it may come out? I really want to get started!

Yah, what they said.

YOu might want to look up the Willow Companion mod for Fallout New Vegas and ask that mod author for some tips.

Willow is one of the best companions I've ever seen and heard done, beats by far the ones bethesda offered us in that game

and makes the companions in this game look laughably bad.

Willow was fully voiced.
