Scrap everything isnt working properly

(NVM just reinstalled the game)

as the title says scrap everything isn't working properly i can scrap some buildings on sanctuary but i can scrap others, in the latest save i have, some houses i removed to make a building apear all of this begin when i installed two mods and run LOOT it doesn't matter if i start whit a clean save the game just refuse to work whit the mod (New mods installed Auto Doors, Craftable enemy spawners)

 

i try everything to fix it, Reinstalling the mod checking if F4SE wasn't working because Windows, Archive invalidations, (all of this looks correct)

if somethings arent scrapable use the disable command in console (very carefully).

 

Simply enter console,point at the item and when you see its id/reference code on screen type disable and hit enter...

Carefull not to delete anything next to it like a companion :P

 

I also noticed youre running sanctuary new bridge or repaired bridge mod...

Anything that is related to sanctuary could be causing the issue.

 

Also try mods like scrap scrap or spring cleaning

yeah, I ran LOOT and it fragged my game so bad it wouldn't launch. Had to uninstall and reinstall every mod manually.

 

And all of the junk I removed from Sanctuary and other settlements came back, untouchable, regardless of the scrap mods I was previously (and currently) using - I couldn't use scrap everything (because the scrap everything - core.esp is missing and can't be found) so I don't know what LOOT did but it certainly messed things up BADLY.

I am too having the same issue with Scrap everything. And from what Sundasyr is saying, I can easily fix that problem. Uninstall damn loot. Someone need to do some serious fixing with it. I have run into several issues where running it actually screws up everything. Thanks a lot. As is there is not enough problems with it.

Most likely the problem is that Loot puts Scrap Everything somewhere in the middle of your load order. Move it manually to the bottom of your mod list and keep it there. Stuff you've previously scrapped will disappear again.

I can verify what demanding said, Scrap Everything HAS to be last in your load order or it doesn't work properly.
