Handofbane
Maybe it's "til undeath"? Try raising her as a zombie then killing her again?

Szimitar
None without console I think. You can, however, kill and revive her by console, that breaks the marriage. Or just change her faction from married to not, and then the status of another npc to married.
Hayk94
Damn.. That's too bad... And I'm disapointed in whole marriage system. It seems that bethesda just put some little things just to say "look we have marriage in our game, too". I hope the modders will improve the marriage system as soon as the CK is realeased. I think Bethesda had a lot more in mind about a lot of things, marriage is one. Unfortunately they simply couldn't get it done in time. A release date like 11.11.11 isn't one that you move if humanly possible to avoid.

This is why I haven't installed any mods yet and will do so very sparingly in the future. Bethesda is likely to add many things in future patches and they will probably clash with mods. This wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for this steam crap. I do not trust steam. It have a bad habit of automatically installing patches even if I've told it not to. Instead they will release large (purchasable) DLCs which add new areas like Shivering Isles did for Oblivion. Patches are for bug fixes, not for overhauls or new material. Most likely newer mods will require, not clash with DLCs.
