LordFisher
I would have thought this would be quite simple to make. Essentially you just open the book, type what you want, perhaps ingredients for a particular potion, then exit. This could be very useful, especially if you are quite forgetful like me. You could even implement a way to draw on the paper, like in Duke Nukem, except perhaps with less penis drawings...oh who am I kidding. Any willing modders? PaladinRider
Unfortunately I'm very doubtful that the game will be able to handle string inputs + keyboard buffers like that... If it's capable of it then the kind of mods that we will be seeing will be astounding.
Number28
Adding annotations to the map would be better, no? I'm always passing on valuable gear in chests because i'm overloaded. A quick "ITEM HERE" reminder on the map would be very helpful.

Even the drawing part.Hardest part would be getting skyrim to recognize and store nonstandard input.
PaladinRider
I don't think Skyrim uses or is compatible with scaleform. I could be wrong, I don't know much about it. In my limited experience playing with mods I've never seen a mod capable of this. I have seen custom map markers though but as far as being able to type something like "Left a bunch of loot here" and having it as a map marker or hover-over is a different matter.
