MDMAMGMT
Hey so I just wanna get a thread goin of people's thoughts on what things could be changed to make this game even more perfect than it already is. Not mods or mod ideas, but things that you think should be taken out/changed/added in a patch on the game. Personally, I think it would be nice to have 2 separate Favorite Menus; One for Weapons and Apparel, the other for Spells, Shouts, and Powers. The left and right directional keys on the console version are unused, it would be nice if they were a second favorite menu.
antisphere06
To be able to equip 2 rings and have leggings... also a more in depth favorite menu like this weapon goes on left hand and this one on the right or like WOW have the ability to create a armor set and add that set to your favorite menu so you don't have to equip each piece one at a time. Malikin
Increase the To Hit range of a bow: I was aiming at the broad side of a mammoth, from a great height advantage, and it never registered the hits. I second the random crash fixes, this should have been patched within days, if not hours. Of course, perhaps they should have made sure the game would be compatible with the most current software and hardware... it is not like DirectX latest release was a mystery. Two rings was mentioned, but what about some other adornments, like cloaks, furs, and interesting shoulder pieces made from trophies. Along with the 2 rings deal. The biggest issue I have is the break in immersion in Whiterun. I have just become a Thane, and yet there is that one well dressed guy who tells me that I never get up to the higher district. I want to just strangle that guy. I would like to have seen some sort of change in how the people of Whiterun treat the character after, oh I dunno, killing a DRAGON and becoming a Lord! I kind of think it would earn some respect, if not awe from the non-coms. Why can't I make iron arrows? How can an elk go full out with an arrow in it's neck or leg? If the horse is owned by bandits, and I kill them all, how is it stealing the horse? They're bandits, it is not like they are going to make an argument.. "Oi.. he took the horse we stole from someone else", um... no..
Galacticat42
Well my Skyrim game is actually rather stable. No random CTDs, no random falling mammoths, no lazy dragons, etc. @ Malikin I know who you're talking about. I actually killed that guy the second time he said that to me AFTER I became Thane. The guards looked the other way.
dikr
- Mouse dragging in the map rather than only navigating to the borders to scroll. - Fix mouse navigation and clicking in conversations - Option to disable ingame quest icons (on the map is fine) - Option to directly assign hotkeys through your inventory rather than by favoriting them first; more intuitive + keeps favorite menu clean of hotkeyed items if you so desire - Aiming with a bow shouldn't automatically factor in range: Oblivion's archery aiming was a bit harder to master but felt much better and real. - Better npc pathing / reactions: sometimes they just stand still for ten seconds when I attack them. - Add more non-combat or dungeon related content: mini games like gambling, farming, stuff like that. TrueChaoS
Fix the subtitles... ugh. There are many, MANY errors around the place, such as typos and incorrect subtitling.
