CTD when entering Poseidon Energy

Okay, here we go again...

 

Gotten a RailRoad radiant quest from P.A.M. to eliminate a Courser chez Poseidon Energy, but whenever I pick the lock on either the side door at the parking lot or entrance on the roof, the game starts loading the inner cell but crashes to desktop right before the loading is complete.

 

I can however access the building from the sewer pipes at the back of the building, but once inside and having found the door that gives access to the main facility I again crash to desktop upon entering.

 

I've tried the console commands centeroncell/coc poseidonenergy01 and coc poseidonenergy02 (which are both main interior locations) but no use, I still have a crash to desktop...

 

Character is level 118 for the moment, so it's not something that started with a new game and seems to happen only when trying to enter the Poseidon Energy plant as far as I know as I've not entered every possible location.

 

Must add I've got a ton of mods running (302 of which 252 use a plug-in)

Circumvented the issue with console commands (setstage 186c79 200) but strangely enough, the next Courser Variable quest P.A.M. sent me on was also at Poseidon Energy :tongue:

 

Gotten the bobblehead and Tesla Science magazine through a detour via coc qasmoke, but still wondering what might be the possible cause for this occurence...
