Mansh00ter
Basic needs will affect you HP, Magicka and Stamina, but behind the scenes, so that all you see is the more hungry/tired/thirsty you are, the less able you are, until you are reduced to a gibbering weakling barely clinging to life (then you die). Food, drink and resting will not have a direct link to your stats, while regen rates for magicka and stamina may be influenced by how well rested and fed you are. Skyvion
Will you be able to throw an NPC to the ground which will not kill him and will give you time to run away or stab him in his heart? Edited December 1, 2011 by Skyvion

You should still see it in a dedicated menu... (like to going into inventory) and as for saving... you could give the character a handheld violet orb shrouding him in white mist when used... ('the seers stone' or 'the orb of butterflies' 'The seers stone can predict the future' or 'the buuterfly orb creates distortions in time-space' whichever is more likely to you) Edited December 1, 2011 by Aokami

There will be more ways to stagger and/or throw NPC's around, yes. Especially with magic, since mages usually need to keep their enemies at bay more than others, especially with deadlier archery and melee combat thrown in. The same will however, apply to you, so another reason to plant that arrow between that mage's eyes before he spots you.

As mentioned previously, there will be audio and visual cues, plus a status screen.
SightUnseen
I think that when you try to sneak attack a bandit or some other humanoid, and you are in a dark area, that the now suspicious bandit should find a torch or some other light source and start searching through the dark corners with a light source instead of just stumbling blindly around the room. Too many times a guard has been standing feet away and hasn't seen me because he had no light source. It would make sneaking a lot more challenging and you'd have to try and avoid him and stay in the darkness if you want to avoid being detected I think this would be awesome if you can add this. I will definitely be keeping an eye on the progress of this mod. I have very high hopes that you do a good job and deliver an excellent mod :) When does the CK release? Have they released a date yet? Oomo
Would you be able to make the mod in a way that we can pick and choose bits and pieces? [seperate .esp files etc] And if you have any parts of the mod finished could you upload them so we can get our impatient grubby hands on them? :)

WarKirby3333
re: Health regen. Simply make health regenerate only when you're well rested and fed. And also have it regenerate faster when sleeping. There's a reason hospitals have beds. And time is the best healer! starvation stops health regen.
