Crashing on Kellogg's Trail

Hi all,

 

Wonder if someone more knowledgeable than me could give me a hand. My games crashing at the exact same spot each time I load, no matter how i try to pass it. It's on the third clue Dogmeat finds( the one with the decoy) just after we exit a small underpass, the game crashes. This is first time I've had a hard crash using my current mod setup and I havent had any other problems with it.

I've had a few areas where my game crashed at the same spot every time. When getting out of the Slog and crossing the river between the Diner and demolished bus, for instance, just outside the settlement, I got a CTD whenever my toes touched the water. I gave up and crossed the river some hundred meters to the left and didn't crash any longer.

 

So, try making a circumventing move and approach the spot from a different direction and see what gives :wink:

 

Also, you might want to use the "spoiler" tag to hide long lists of added content like loaded plug-ins and some such to not eat up half a screen when looking at your post. Hit the green-ish square in-between the eraser and "Font", top left of the editor, and choose "Spoiler" from the BBCode menu...

Thanks for the tip Jimmy, ended up tracking a couple of hundred meters down the road like you suggested and it worked fine. Just hope I don't run into these that often!

 

Shoulda used the spoilers tag, forget how much room a list that long can take.
