Fast Scrap a Settlement without the Console.

This idea is beyond my modding ability, I can do textures and 3D models, but I know nothing about scripting. Anyway I hate the time spent scrapping a new settlement, or rebuilding an existing settlement, but the "scrapall" command is really immersion breaking, and not an option in Survival Mode (without mods).

 

So my idea would be something like a light switch or some kind of toggle item in game what would bring up an action menu where you can pick "Scrap Settlement" or "Clean Settlement" or whatever. Have the screen fade out, have some in game hours pass and boom, clean settlement with all scrapped items in the work bench. I think that would keep the immersion alive while eliminating one of the more tedious aspects of the game.
