Stuck outside Vault 111, can't move!

I had the game working just fine, until I got to Vault 111. Then, once I loaded up outside, I was stuck. Couldn't move, couldn't attack, etc. So I tried to quick save, and quit to desktop. I saw a video about people fixing their game like this. I loaded it back up, and was still stuck. I tried reloading back inside of Vault 111, and I had no luck with that either. I have tried to save and load at every point before coming out of Vault 111 to no availe. So I figured, it must be a mod issue? Anyways, here's my list of mods if someone can take a look and see if I need to fix anything.

 

Ok, I fixed my load order a bit and took some things off. I am running pretty well now. Not stuck at Vault 111, or anything at least. The only MAJOR problem I am having, is I keep losing display on my monitor! It just keeps going completely pitch black, and I can't do anything except hold the power button down on my computer, and restart it.

GPU drivers up to date ?

Or maybe if new drivers were recently installed you may need to roll back to an older version...

I may need to update my gpu drivers, though, I only get the random black screen every now and then. Didn't happen at all last night. It's weird.

Do you have a spare video cable that you could try? Do you use a Displayport connection?

Yeah, that's what it sounds like to me - a loose connection or even the power cord. My dang cat likes to play around with the power cords and sometimes loosens the monitor power cord enough to make it turn off and on or off completely so I need to plug it back in. (She's going to zap herself good one of these days.)
