seweryn
So do you like the idea that you have full body body armor from neck to feet ? I personally preferred the old system would you had Cuirass and Greaves ? Or do you do not mind ? I personally liked the old system since you could find a nice trousers and good chest and I think it looked a lot better. But those are only my thoughts. What are yours ? AurianaValoria1
I don't mind the combo...less pieces to keep up with. :P I also prefer matching sets, and it helps with that. I liked the old system, but the new one isn't bad either, IMO. Edited November 17, 2011 by AurianaValoria1
Lyanheart
Having seperate greaves/pants allowed more variety, so I do miss that. However, the clothing and armor sets I've seen so far look pretty nice. I'm sure there will be a mod that brings in pants, shirts, coats, cloaks, and seperate armor pieces.

Probably it would be the same as party equip mod for dragon age 2 :D
Pushkatu
The voting options are to strict. I also liked the old sistem(more diversity and stuff like that), but I have to admit I like some of these armours more than what we got in Oblivion. Once again, mods will do the trick, god bless'em modders out there.

I am not asking if you hate it or love it ?I am asking if you like the idea of that change or not.I personally do not like the idea but that doesn't mean won't give it a go. I will play skyrim and decide how I will like it.This is simple question. Damn we are loosing MORE PEOPLE NEED TO CLICK NO BUTTON DAMMIT. :D Edited November 17, 2011 by seweryn
justwannaddl
I liked the system for oblivion better since it lends itself to more customization. It isn't much of an issue with vanilla clothes but it'll beannoying to be unable to mix and match pants and tops from mods. sure some one could design workarounds but such solutions are typically heavily fractured by individual tweaks killing compatibility with each other. bben46
With each iteration of TES, the number of slots for armor/clothing has decreased. going from Morrowind to Oblivion we lost the pauldron slots. Now from Oblivion to Skyrim we lose the greaves slot and one ring slot. Hopefully we will get some new slots to make up for this lack. Or even better, the number of slots will not be hard coded as in the past. We will not know for sure until we see the Creation Kit.
Nadimos
While i appreciate it, to have less armor pieces to worry about, at the same time i hope it has not been hardcoded without a possible workaround.
fleeingfish
I kind of like it. Less stuff to keep at least one set of every armor, not to mention the same armor but with different abilities. I'm hoarder and it was murder trying to pick which greaves would go with which boots with which curiass. Not for cosmetics but for abilities. I hardly look at my guy so his appearance is not that important to me as most here. I do not like being limited to one ring, but it does make your decision that much more important on what ring to wear. I would like a mod that would let me where a robe over my armor though.
