Atreyuu2003
Probably a dumb question. I have 5 perks available, but I can't level them in the tree I want (Destruction) because I don't have enough Destruction points. How do I acquire those? Thank you in advance! Use Destruction magic or find a Destruction trainer.
natelovesyou
Your post is confusing, OP. Do you want more perk points, or do you want to increase your Destruction skill? It sounds like you need to be higher in Destruction, so you can use console commands to change the actual skill value, or, to add more levels to the skill. Be warned though, both console commands will NOT contribute towards a level gain, and therefore the skill level advancement is wasted if you wanted credit for it. So, I'd recommend just leveling it up the old-fashioned way, or use a Trainer. And if you don't know the console commands: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Console
Snowsong
You can give yourself a money cheat and use a trainer to raise your destruction skill. There is a destruction trainer in the mage's college in Winterhold, in the Hall of Countenance.

In Oblivion, after leveling up, I could go to a guild to increase my skills. I don't see any guilds like I need around. Just the Thieves, Dark Brotherhood, and a couple of new ones. As far as I can tell, there is no Mages Guild. I'm leveling up just fine, but I have 5 Perks to spend right now, and I want to use them in Destruction, however, I don't have enough skill points to do so. BTW, I have a trainer from CheatHappens.com, but I want to go through the game once first without cheats.
