Trey5511 Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 (edited) I hit 90 hours of gameplay 5days after its release(120 hours xD). I slowed down since then though, at 100 now. I'm absolutely loving it. Combat is fun, perks are cool, graphics are great, (most) of the story is great. Made two characters now, first was a mage, played him till level 25, then a rogue, which is at 44 now. Only gripe is that some of the faction(companions, thieves guild, college, etc) questlines seem rather truncated to me, although I'm used to the very expansive questlines in Morrowind, so thats a bit of bias. Wait what the...do you have any sort of life? School? Work? Income of any sort? I have really nothing better to do, I took all my major courses already now im in the later part of my degree getting the basic arithmetic and English done so i really don't have any homework or anything. basically show up acknowledge the professor do some work for an hour a day and go home. So I have LOADS of spare time to play this and need i say, IM AN ADDICT!!! Through and through. The best part is I am a biology major and I love games WAY WAY WAY more than that. To be fair I did take a break all day today just to trololol the forums a bit. and check on mods/toolset so forth. but its 2:28 and I cant sleep! TIME TO MAKE A FIFTH TOON!!! I am thinking I might go Pure archer this time around. Maybe explore east a bit as I always seem to find myself way out west pillaging the conveniently closely placed runes there. I have three other characters that I've put about 8 hours into total. There is no end in sight!! I just recently became the Harbinger of the Companions, and am about to assassinate the emperor for the dark brotherhood. the game is so in depth and expansive it's freaking crazy! Spent this much time on the game and there is still so much new stuff happening I just can't quit playing. lol I would have probably had an extra twelve hours into it, but I've spent about that much time trying out new mods and fixing ones that I've broken by installing other mods. O.o i have been looking at the mods also!!! I have only used a couple like texture packs and the FXAA processing what do you use? Started with a female Nord and my goal was to do a 1h/shield-hard-to-kill-mtf ... And i made it :) Its so fun to play this kind of character bcouse i NEVER 1shot anything, i die HARD if i dont use my brain in combat. But when i play the character as it should be played its soooo fun.. I really have to look at all the enemies i have on me at all times and shieldbash them when they start swinging, and blocking the hits if i fail with noticing a swing incoming. Im playing on Master aswell. And i can tell u...caster npc vs a melee player.. NOT fun :) Well, fun in the way that its frekking hard :D Ive won the war for the stormcloaks now and im the leader for the companions a while back now. So now im doing the most fun part of the TES games..exploring! :)) I did make a caster but got boored at lvl 5-6.. I really cant play classes that just nuke and nothing else, dont know why i dont like that kind of gameplay.Next char that i wanna make, but im doubtfull that i can make it is a allout evil sob.. killing everything i wanna kill and just explore. And with killing everything i wanto kill includes ppl/guards/shopkeeps and so on in the cities and then just get the hell out of there. But we cant kill quest and story npc:s :( and that dulls my mind a little :( Love the TES games, always loved them and always will..
