How do I Add an Image to User Images?

Some of the mods I download I would like to contribute to their images collection for their file, but I can not seem to figure out how this is done.

 

Someone tell me in detail? Clicking 'Add Image' at the bottom just adds the image to my own database, not the mod file in question.

I was also looking for it, after 30mins of searching the wiki and the whole internet i found the button for it...

just a small button take me so much time to look for, now i can add an image c# to a user image easily and fast enough for me to have lunch again. thx for help.
