vertex23
I train every level since lvl 25. but would never take my gold back, as the only reason for training for me is to have a goldsink. I mean, there's nothing that costs as much gold as those enchanted items you find in lvl 25+ dungeons bring you in. I'll soon have the 100k gold achievement, without even trying. It just piles up, and I buy every alchemic ingredient from every vendor I come across, as well as every biggest soulstone. tl:dr: there's too much gold already, I'm not aiming to become millionaire. Wow, I really never found an interesting weapon in any dungeon.. it's just random crap worth like 90 gold...It's rare for me to have more than 10k... and im lvl 28.Where are those dungeons? They're all over. You do loot the big black-banded chest at the end, right? Those normally always have at least one enchanted item in them. Michlo
tl:dr: there's too much gold already, I'm not aiming to become millionaire. well yes, that's kind of my point too. i'm not pointing this out to relieve the cash-strapped purses of adventurers everywhere. i'm pointing it out because exploits annoy me, and people knowing about them usually gets them fixed faster. i agree it's a bit too easy to make money later on. Wouldn't it be better to tell Bethesda? :) I'm not sure they'll find it on these forums.
Pushkatu
......I just got Aela to train me 5 points in archery, then just took my gold back. Than don't do it. It's not like the game forces you to do it. Pay the trainer, be it your companion or not and mind your own business, leave their inventory gold where it belongs. :)Anyways, it's a minor exploit, since you can only do this 5 times each with each level you gain. WarKirby3333
What I do: Get trainer, train, pickpocket coins back, walk away, lol. i've done this too, however it's far more balanced.i have a thief with about 80 pickpocket skill, and also that perk that makes taking gold 50% easier. and a +30% bonus to pickpocketing skill from gear, and a point in the +20% skill. When the amount involved is more than about 1000 gold, my odds of taking it are 0%, even with all the bonuses above. so yeah, not too worried about that one. but it takes no skills to ask your companion to hand it over.
