Can we make holotapes sellable and keys droppable/sellable? I can do it, if it's time-consuming. I just need to know how.

 

It would also be cool to have any human that died come back as a feral ghoul unless they're decapitated (walking dead style) and anything that dies should stay dead forever, at least on survival.

the simple way :

if you want to remove item, use console command, removeitem or removeallitems,

if you want some money from it, just player.additem f 10( i assume that key price is 10)

revive dead bodies into ghoul, use console, resurrect dead body, .setrace ghoul
