Nermal66
Is it possible to turn off the ExitSave? I didn't find anything in the options menu..... Just an example: I want to test a mod and forgot to backup the save - and/or just have the exit save. If I install a (script-heavy) mod and I don't want to keep it, normally I would quit the game without a save to keep my game clean..... Oh no - it is not possible, 'cause the game saves A.L.W.A.Y.S. on exit. Thanks for suggestions/answers.
RattleAndGrind
During the testing of 'Survival Mode', there was a great hue and cry over over the "sleep to save mechanic". Most prominent among the complaints was the "I need to stop playing now, where is a bed" dilemma. So the 'Exit Save' was created to solve this problem. I just QQQ to get past it. Its simple and works every time.

Royhr
Is QQQ a console command to quit? If then how about just doing alt-F4. That is what I've using to avoid the exit save.

Alt-F4 is a Windows function to "Close Current Window" and has caused some issues with video drivers when using that function to close games. If it works for you, keep on keepin' on. I can not recommend it in good conscience. Edited July 15, 2016 by RattleAndGrind

lasse1001
Quick Quick Quit :pirate: Alt-F4 sometimes doesn't really exit your game, it only closes your window. Check it out in your Taskmanager.

SnertTheDog
Hi, I use qqq and since a few weeks FO4 needs about 1 minute to close. Does anyone has an idea why this happens and how I can make it quick quick again?
