xyks Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 So I tested it and from what I can tell the perks for CD-Reduction and more damage work fine. I have to say though that a CD reduction of 100% combined with the damage buff seems pretty overpowered. I also started a new char and leveled to lvl 2.
