Galacticat42 Posted May 25, 2012 Author Share Posted May 25, 2012 Well I am back home and all that, gotta get a job, but I am back to full strength here. Still need to open up Skyrim again, but hey, I am back more so than ever. Well what a crazy happenstance. I've gone full circle through my interests (changes monthly (thanks to some deficit of attention disorder (not the same as ADD)) but I try to keep on track with my WIP's) and have arrived back to Skyrim. Seeing so many other mods out that work on parts of what this mod covers, I'll be contacting their developers to see if I may integrate them into TDL - i.e. Flyable Dragons mod. I'll also be dissecting other mods to see how some do things that I was having trouble doing in the past. I'll also be throwing quite a few NPC's out into the world and try to start a precursor side-quest. The side quest will contain several books on the Greybeard's lore - both official and fan lore that the mod focuses on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

How can you tease your awesome model and then keep us waiting for it like this. Thats cruel :P No but seriously, this is a highly anticipated mod for a lot of people. Uploaded some rough voice samples for an important character, just preliminary stuff. Will be recording and issuing some other materials in short order. I'll be releasing another alpha shortly but still there is little to no light inside the dungeon. This test is pretty much to see where people's framerates are at when they enter. I'm going to be adding in the quest for this room tomorrow. The basis of this quest is that you find a book in some random dungeon and find out clues about its contents. It's a rather small journey mainly meant to point the player toward the location of Snowcrag Depths. I will need 2 voices done for this quest. One will need to be Farengar (I'd imagine his sound wouldn't be difficult to reproduce), and another one would be a male breton mage by the name of Lucius Aventum (a-vEN-tum). Elemental Weakness: Your thu'um commands the elements to expose your victim, taking away their ability to resist your attacks. Resurrection: Your thu'um reaches beyond death to bring a friend back from Sovngarde. Consume Essence: You shout at the ethereal forces around your target, causing them to siphon your victim's essence into your being. Mastering Souls: Your voice enslaves the dead, bringing them back from an eternal slumber. Devour Soul: Your shout attempts to rip your victim's soul from their body. Should the shout fail, their souls will return with a vengeance. Rewards 1 Suleyk on success. Requires the target to be above 90% health. Darkness of the Deep: Creates an impenetrable darkness. You shoudlb be careul with the reduced resistances though. Combined with the Cooldown reduction this could be come truly overpowered. Still wondering what use the impenetrable Darkness will have. Will I be able to see in there? the new Magma is a true improvement. I would increase the share of dark parts however, a little more however. Anyway, you are doign some nice progress here!
